Racing Tropical Storm Barry: Lucy Sikes and Gerald Herbert moved their wedding up 24 hours to avoid the deluge of the predicted storm. The wedding was supposed to be Saturday, July 13 – but Hurricane Barry had other ideas, forcing the wedding couple, friends and family to scramble to move the Nuptial Mass at the beautiful Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in New Orleans to Friday instead of Saturday. I was honored to be the photographer along with Doug Parker. Congratulations to a beautiful couple!
